WATER/WASTEWATER OPERATOR

The Village is accepting applications for the position of water/wastewater operator in the public works department. Applications can be mailed to Village of Benton, 244 Ridge Avenue, Benton WI 53803.

Candidate must have a High School diploma or equivalent, water/wastewater licenses required within 18 months of hiring, be able or willing to learn, to operate small & large equipment and vehicles, knowledge of equipment/vehicle maintenance, basic computer knowledge, knowledge of street repairs is a plus.  Willing to work weekends, holidays and being called out for emergencies.  CDL license is required. 

Water/wastewater qualifications a plus. Compensation is $22-26/hr based on experience.  Excellent benefit package. EOE
